Our Extra Virgin Olive oil is a condiment composed of extra virgin olive oil type Taggiasca and fresh French flavors. It is a superior extra virgin olive oil obtained directly by pressing the olives by mechanical methods. Taggiasca olives come exclusively from Liguria in Italy.
Uses : mayonnaise, salad, fish, Some Meat Dishes , Soup , raw vegetables, Carpaccio, fruits.
