I developed a taste for French Fine Food and comfortable cooking at an early age of 6-year-old while growing up in France, first by tasting and cooking with my mother of 5 children’s in our family kitchen and later as an apprentice for 3 years at local 2 hat restaurants as a teenager. I bring you 32 years of restaurant chef experience where I travel all over Europe Cooking and developing the best Skills and have lived and Chefing professionally in Sydney since 1998. With extensive experience catering for both Medium and small weddings, serving as a consultant to Many restaurants, and headlining events in private homes. Since 2018 have I been coming to your private residence, vacation rental and many other venues – preparing French custom meals made with clean rustic flavors from seasonal and organic ingredients found at our local markets.
